You have to undo the two bolts lift off the metal bar that holds the front of the seat remove the rubber grommets lift up the rear of the tank wiggle it whilst pulling it back and a slight twist for the tap to clear the frame, then you have to undo the vent pipe and elec connector. but before all this undo the speedo at the gearbox and fuel and vacuum hose from carb
